MISSION STATEMENT
Greetings Music Lovers:
I started this label in order to promote the truth, peace, love and
healing through music.
The death of creative music in the mainstream is a conspiracy.
It coincides with the "dumbing down" of the public and the failure of
our economy.
I witnessed it when I was signed to Warner Brothers with a powerful
manager and producer.
My contract stated that I had to sell 1/2 million CDs before seeing a
penny!
Then they tried to "neuter" my songs to turn me into the flavor of the
month.
I can't complain because I learned everything about the record business
with their money!
The ugly truth: great rock music is a THREAT to them! Why is
this?
The Beatles started Apple. Zeppelin started Swan Song.
They were taking the lion's share of the profits and signing other
artists as well.
After that there was a concerted effort by major labels to AVOID great
bands. Think about it...
We went from the Beatles to Snoop Dog in 20 years!
The Beatles became more powerful than the mass-media. Green Day will
not.
All modern rock is "safe" and corporate.
Where is the next Hendrix, SRV, Van Halen or Clapton?
Great guitar solos are now ILLEGAL!
Looking for the next Keith Moon, Jack Bruce or Paul Rogers?
Forget about it!
Why have so many music lovers given up on today's music?
Answer: Because it's made for children!
Madison Ave. targets them with slick marketing gimmicks capitalizing on
their need to "fit in".
Kids
are convinced that their generation's music is great.
But all they've known is what MTV fed them.
It's kind of like McDonald's; hormone-infested, dog food quality meat.
What if you got all your nutrition intravenously and never knew the
taste of food?
Then you had a McDonald's hamburger.
You probably would love it because you never knew anything else.
That's what Lady Gaga, Justin Beiber and Miley Cyrus are to kids.
Savily marketed, mediocre products that toe the line.
That's the agenda right before your eyes.
ALL OF THAT IS ABOUT TO CHANGE!
The economic crash will bring about some of the greatest music the
world has ever known.
This label will sign, produce and promote it.
